How to wake up early in the morning.




If you are a Late Riser and tired of pressing the snooze button reiteratively then you have clicked at the right one.

Whether you are a student or an adult person, you are in a college or in an office, everyone will tell you that it's good to get up early in the morning. Most of the successful people get up early as it gives them a running start and makes them feel more power full.

You may know the benefits of waking up early. The Majority of the people still feel that they don't know how to manage how to wake up early in the morning. They find it very difficult to do so.

Is it really a tough job?

  • One of the most important to wake up early is to sleep early. Sleep at your normal time and get up early the next day. This will be probably a little difficult for few days but then you will be ok. You may have got less sleep last night you will feel a little tired but this tiredness will help you to sleep early.




  • Try to avoid using your mobile phone and laptops for a minimum of half an hour before you go to sleep. Blue light in electronic devices controls the production of melatonin which is a Harmon that controls your sleep, the more you stay in front of them less will be the production of melatonin and also affects your circadian rhythm or normally called your body clock. 





  • For a few initial days, you may read a book before going to bed, this will help you to sleep. Another important thing is that you should put your alarm away from the bed so that you have to get up and get out of your bed to shut it down by the time you will reach your alarm you will already get up and away from your bed. Now you are up once don't press the snooze button and go back to sleep. Why do you want a go back to the whole process of waking up again? Never hit the snooze button just get up and get a cold shower.

 



  • One of the most important thing is you need to know is why you want to wake up early? come up with a strong reason, a goal that will get you up early and make you work for it. Try to think of some big personalities make them your role model. Tell your mind to wake up early to be like them.





  • After you are up drink a big glass of water. This will help you not to sleep back and also sleep after drinking a big glass of water, if nothing you will surely get to pee and there you go, you are up.




  • During your daytime, you also need to reduce the intake of coffee, soda, or any energy drinks. Try not to have any caffeine after 3 or 4 in the afternoon. This will help you to sleep better.



  • Another most important is to avoid taking naps during the day this will affects your sleep cycle and make it very difficult to sleep at on right time at  night. 



  • A friend in need is a friend indeed. Ask one of your friends who is an early riser to keep ringing your phone or in any other way to help you to get up early in the morning. Not only friends, ask your brother, sister, or someone who loves you to help you in this process.




  • Last but not least, the entire thought is to turn this into a habit. If you can manage to do this for a minimum of 20 to 40 days this will become your habit and you will not even need an alarm to get up early in the morning.
One of the best benefits of getting up early is that you will enjoy being with nature, the quietness, peace, the beauty of sunrise when you get up early. Nature is the best friend, best doctor, and philosopher to help us in leading a life full of happiness.
